Being With Your Own Being

GREET PEOPLE'S BEING FROM YOUR BEING
In South Africa, 'sawubona' is the Zulu word for 'hello'. There's a beautiful and powerful intention behind that word because 'sawubona' literally translated means, "I see you, and by seeing you, I bring you into being."
The Experiment is for this week (and perhaps for the rest of your life) greet people by saying, "Sawubona," instead of saying, "Hello. How are you?"
PROBLEM: You know what this word means and the other person does not. Therefore you must make special efforts so that your Gremlin does not use this as a way of shocking people, being weird or different. Instead be vulnerable by immediately defining the word and saying why you are using it.
DISCOVER WHAT BLOCKS YOUR BEING FROM SHOWING UP AND EVOLVING
we need to dig a bit deeper
to unearth the treasure
As you embrace the ache within,
so can the ocean tides that swell behind it be raised
and released through the channel in your being
that exists between earth and heaven.
So as you cease to deny or wish to be rid of,
can all that seeks to know peace find its calm
within the space that allows it to expand and find a new existence
beyond the boundaries imposed before.
So can the motion created from this work of releasing
be harnessed as energy to fuel the transformation of your whole being,
from earth to soul and beyond,
reaching into the heart of your origin
and allowing for change on all levels at all times.
So can the path forward be lit by a new light
that shines from within.

This Experiment has 3 PARTS which you can do alone or with others online or offline, for example at your Possibility Team or Workshop. All parts need you to use your Beep! Book.
PART 1: Title a new page in your Beep! Book: HOW I BLOCK MY BEING FROM SHOWING UP. You may block your Being from showing up in the world out of fear that the worst thing that ever happened to you in your life will happen again. Let your Being write for 10 minutes. It knows how it is being blocked from showing up, feeling, sensing, speaking, moving, participating, sharing, giving feedback and coaching, revealing ideas, and so on. This might be painful to feel how much you block your Being. Feel the pain. Let the sounds out. Maybe even say out loud what you find to help others find this in themselves too. Keep writing.
PART2: Title the next page in your Beep! Book: HOW I BLOCK MY BEING FROM EVOLVING. Again start writing without figuring out before-hand what you will write. Your Being itself knows from its own natural attraction to evolution how you block your Being from evolving. Let your Being write for 10 minutes. In many cases, blocking your Being from evolving has to do with numbing yourself with smoking, alcohol, drugs, speeding, spending, flirting, self-hatred, mixed emotions like jealousy, feeding demons, etc. Your Box and mind are extremely creative when it comes to finding new ways to block evolution, for example, being weak, being confused, being overwhelmed, being a victim, competing and losing, being hopeless or desperate, going in debt, making promises you cannot keep, etc.
PART 3: Do this part with a partner, or if you can arrange it, in a group of 3. One person is the first Client. The others are Possibilitators.
Client reads their list from PART 1 out loud about how they block their Being from showing up.
Titles a new page in their Beep! Book: EXPERIMENTS FOR SHOWING UP.
Asks, "Would you please give me Possibility about ways to unblock my Being from showing up?
And then for 8 minutes write as fast as you can what the Possibilitators say. Not what you think they say or understand them to say, but what they actually say.
and then and for 8 minutesPART 2 above to the other two listeners. When you are finished, ask them this question: and then ways to unblock my Being from evolving?" If they say, "Yes," then write two new headings in your Beep! Book: and, EXPERIMENTS FOR EVOLVING. Then spend 7-10 minutes on each of the two questions, writing down their suggestions as fast as you can. Then change roles and do the same for the other two, one at a time.
CHANGE YOURSELF TO ATTRACT MORE PRESENCE OF BEING FROM OTHERS
People do what they do because it is pretty much the best they can do, regardless of how what they do looks to you.
The same is true of Being.
People Be what they Be because it is pretty much the best they can Be.
This applies to you as well.
You reveal your Being - to the degree that you reveal Being - by reflex. That is, by habit, by conditions, by following the survival strategy of your Box.
This Experiment has two approaches. One approach is 'Verbal', meaning you actually ask the question to another person out loud in words. (But not by email or by messaging... both email and messaging are nearly unstoppable feeding grounds for Gremlins.)
The other approach is 'Internal', meaning you hold the question inside yourself and aim it at yourself to see what it can do with you.
During this week, use both the Verbal Experiment and the Internal Experiment, alternating between the two, or do both simultaneously.
Make notes in your Beep! Book about what shifts when you do this Experiment. Document the ways your experience of yourself and others changes. Document what you learn. Try to formulate what you learn as Distinctions.
HERE IS THE VERBAL EXPERIMENT:
Ask the person across from you this question. Then wait up to 3 minutes for their answers. Ask for more than one answer. Beg them to realize that you will not believe them if they say, "I don't know." In other words, tell them that saying, "I don' know," is a torpedo that blows up their own internal resources of knowing, and that you actually want to hear what they would say. Ask them, "What are the conditions that would support your Being to take one tiny step further out into the world being Present with me?"
HERE IS THE INTERNAL EXPERIMENT:
When you are walking down the street, when you are in a meeting, when you casually pass a colleague in the hallway, or sit with someone for a meal, hold this question very precisely but internally - that is, without saying it out loud, "What could I do differently that the other person's Being would take one step further in showing itself and being seen by me?" Whenever you get an impulse to change something in you, such as speaking less, looking longer in their eyes, staying more still, breathing more slowly, etc., try it, being careful that the impulse does not shock people or make you look too strange to them.
Your Being is wearing 5 bodies.
For one week, entangle yourself into space where people come together for various reasons. For example, the opera house, the meat cutting department of the grocery store, the donair kebab restaurant, etc. Go there and sketch the contorsions that are showing up in the physical postures and physical beauty of ugliness of each person's body. After each sketch in your Beep! Book, assess the qualities of Being that are showing up in that way. Give each sketch a name reflecting the Being's characteristic.
Optionnal additionnal bold move is to show your sketch to the person, and ask them for feedback about the accuracy of what you noticed.

NOTICE OTHER PEOPLE'S BEING THROUGH THEIR INTELLECTUAL BODY
For the next week, whenever you read something notice the qualities of Being of the writer even if you don't know them that come through their own choice of words and structures of language and appreciation of their ability to communicate life. If you are a writer, send the author a letter of appreciation of the qualities of Being that you've noticed through their writing. The letter is nothing about what happened to you, what changed for you. It's about their quality of Being. Copy-paste that letter as a review on Amazon or bookstore or comment on their article.
Do it for 3 authors of books or articles by the end of the week.
For one week, sit with different people from your environment, work, friends, also people that are not well known to you. With coffee. There's a group conversation that you are part of. Notice the 4 Feelings and what their heart is saying. What is important, essential, what they care about. What is the core message of care and love that is behind the 4 feelings, that is an expression of the qualities of their being.
After noticing this and the conversation or the meeting or the interaction, make some space with them to ask if you can tell them what you saw the qualities of Being that you just witnessed in them. Do it verbally, live, using also your 4 Feelings. You don't have to say I feel... but you feel as you are sharing it.
Do it once a day for a whole week.
Open your Beep! Book and list qualities of Being that manifest through a person's energetic space. For example, mood, intention, level of commitment, wiggliness, uncertainty, doubt, sense of ownership, Authority, Presence, competitiveness, adaptiveness. It is showing up in their energetic space and the space is their energetic body. Armed with your list observe. Scan in a group and plan to interview 3 people first. Scan the group at a party or gathering, catholic church, scan for the person that you are most repelled by. Go up to them, and find out what's so repelling in their energetic body. Between your energetic body and their energetic body. Between your Being and their Being. Their Being is contorted by the Box and it shows up in energetic spaces. Talk to them for 15 minutes. Make notes in your Book about what makes one repelling. At the end of the first one, you say I'm looking for people that I am repelled by, the are invisible, that I am attracted to. Which one am I to you? Be honest.
The 2nd person is the one that is invisible.
3rd person is the one that you are attracted to. Do not flirt with the person you are attracted to.
Finish every single conversation within 15 minutes.
For one week, notice in others, which will require for you to actually be around other people. Notice what their Being unconsciously, out of their awareness, embrace and care for and love. What do their Being love. You might notice that a man walking down the street stops and puts his hand on the tree, and in a way it's his Being loving the Tree and caring for the tree. Some Being's probably love animals. People collecting baskets made out of natural things.
What are their Being attracted to, what are their Being loving, embracing in their life. Realize how much people's Being is already alive in the world. Notice what your Being is already loving and caring for. Make it conscious, make it bigger. Half of the week with other people and half with yourself. Honor what your Being loves. If you love plants don't limit yourself to having one little dying mint on the side of the counter.
On 3 different times of 3 different days. 3 different days during 3 different times of the day. Sequester yourself with a pen, your Beep! Book and let your Being write what it wants to say. Do not judge what you write. Do not limit what you write to your mind's ordinary sensibility, logic or reason. Ask your Being at the end if this is a message for you or for somebody else. And if it's for you then read the message once a day for the next 5 days. If it's for somebody else then deliver the message from your Being to them. After writing and making use of the writing from your Being for 3 days at 3 different times, please register your Matrix Code.
Make 3 to 5 different colours of water-based paint using natural colours from fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, dirt, tea, dead purple bugs, ash, etc. And then use your fingers as paint brushes and on a paper at least as big as A3 size, let your Being have your fingers and make whatever is does. Let your Being express itself through paints. Do not stop after 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Let it go for the full 45 minutes. Do not let your mind interfere by trying to paint a scenario or image. Nothing from the mind. LEt the Being share itself through these colours that you made. Through the paints and the experience of painting. Figure out different ways to use your fingers for the expression of your being on the paper. This can emerge in 3 levels and so take photograph of the coliours at 3 different stages. Beggining, middle and end, 3 levels of the Being's expression. Afterwards, bring this to your 3 Cell and Possibility Team. See what people can make of the 3 levels or 3 stages of the coloring. If there is an added message in there.
Make an appointment with a career path consultant who use various tests to assess your capabilities. Career advisor. Do their test for finding out. Do the one that takes 6 hours to do. Pay whatver it is and do the test. Do the character, talent. Tell the consultant you are looking for your own qualities of Being, your deep value. Can they help you? They give you this test, do the test, again ask the counsellor, bring them the results and ask them "please tell me my qualities of Being, my value, before I say or do anything". Write down careful notes about what they say. Before you leave, tell them that you would like to appreciate their qualities of Being if they could listen to you for 3 minutes. Do dragon speaking to them appreciating their qualities of Being.
Find a nephew or a child of a friend of yours or your own child. Spend time with them first observing them by themselves doing their own play. Them being entertained with their own world. sit closeby without interfering. Do not bring yourself into their play. Notice the tempo and the attention, the creativity, the swift changes of the play or the continuous theme of what they are playing. Notice the field that that child is creating for themselves. It could be stressed, concentrated, etc. Do that for 15-20 minutes. After that, move a little closer so that you are in the field, in the space of what the child is playing so that you become available for the child to include you in the play. Adjust your Being in such a way that they would invite you to play. Make yourself available. It is invasive if you ask them, it creates pressure. If the child invites you to play with them, be in their play and do not change it into your play, be in the field of the play of the child, be with their being that is creating that play with you, for you. If they do not invite you, keep holding space for that chiild's Being to create their own play.
Write an article about Being and play, then register Matrix Code.
During the next 4 weeks, approach different animals, bird, dogs, cats, frogs, flies, ants, and find how close you can get before they notice you. You can tell they notice you because they will look at you, go away, come towards you, and classify the animals according to the size of the space occupied by their Being field. At the same time, do that with human beings. Where you notice when you notice another person. And notice when they notice you. And find out the forces, the causes of why certain people notice other people at bigger or smaller distances. Hint: this could have to do with their purpose (Gremlin, adaptivenes), their level of attention, their fear level. Become more sensitive to the causes behind the space that Being occupies.
For one week, make sure to pay extra attention to notice what is the result, what happens in other people's physical, intellectual, emotional, energetic body when you enter a room with them. Do they tense up, do they relax, do they not notice you, does the field of the room change when you come in? When you start noticing, also pay attention to what was the purpose, what was your level of presence. Write an article about "How my Being impacts the world"
Start this experiment by taking 15 minutes witth your Beep! Book and pen and make a list of all the teams and groups of people that you are involved with. Your knitting circle, your Yoga class, your PTeam, your family, the different teams at work, having an affair, walking your dog team. Next to each of the teams that you are in, write down what your Being brings to the Team. What are your qualities of Being bringing as nourishment. Draw where you are on the map of the Team. What space do you occupy. How does energy flow through that diagram where you are. Being energy, not money, power, sex, time or anything like that. Noticing Being energy in the diagram.
tHE LIST OF GROUPS THAT YOUR NAME IS IN, but your Being is not in. Such as Telegram groups, or being a registered voter, paying tax to the church, being a citizen of punkville, newsletters that you don't read, magazine subscriptions. Fidelity cards. Crap advertisements in your mail box. That includes also the Teams that you have not had the integrity (PTeam, Possibilitator, Rage Club Spaceholder). Notice the Team where you are in the Team, but your Being is not in the Team. You're in the list of people, but your Being is not there. Take yourself out.
By the end of the week, take yourself out of all of them. Even groups that you have created. Notice how much energy you get back.
Animals or plants. Write down the Being to Being conversation. Start with Hello Being of this tree. We have silenced beings everywhere, especially non-humans. Adjust your Being so that you can hear what is actually being said. Dare to ask the Being your most pressing questions and write down the answers they give you. Take whatever answers they give you earnestly. But it's also what their preoccupations and questions are. You can even ask them "What can I do for you."
Give yourself 45 minutes to an hour of private time. Sit down in a completely relaxed position, but not lying down. Recline. And close your eyes, take a deep breath. Say "hello Being", sense into your Being. Apologize for not listening often enough, for trying to shutting down, staying busy, occupied with your five body concerns that you ignore the inhabitant of the 5 bodies. After you apologize, inquire "please share your state of Being" and write it down. Write down your state of Being. This does not include your thoughts or feelings or concerns about the past or future. This is about your State of Being. Your current state of Being. There may be dis-ease, there may be uncelebrated emergences of Being, hidden parts. Then consider in your Being what would be required, necessary, what would it take for another part of your Being to emerge in your life. And what is the Being longing for? What is it missing? What does the Being have to share as a gift? for you or for somebody else? Your Being has a treasure, a knack, and come to acknowledge or admit your Being's knack. Give more space for all these things you just found out. The treasure, the longing, the need, the knacks from your Being. For the next month, make space particularly for those. Write down the results of that. And read that at your next PTeam. It could also be other ways of expression, drawing, song, about what space has been given, caring of a plant or--.
So many people listen to mind candy music, the words, the lyrics, the melody entertains the mind. Consider the idea that there might be entirely different qualities of music that would nurture your Being. Search for 3 different pieces of music that nurture your Being and listen to them during the week. Find out what happens in your life as a result. For example, do you slow down, do you talk less, do you connect with others more, does your creativity blossom, do your fears go away, do you find more coincidences that are beyond predictability. Find out what goes on when you listen to your Being's music.
Set up the space, give the person in front of you some context. Tell them you want to be with them and get to know their Being.
